Woodstone Campus Onsite Team Members: Notice of a Positive Diagnosis

We learned Wednesday afternoon that a Carenet team member who works onsite at the Woodstone Campus has tested positive for COVID-19.

Please keep this colleague in your thoughts and wish them a quick recovery. Due to confidentiality laws, we will not publish the name of the team member.

Here is what we know:

  • The team member last worked six days ago, on Thursday, June 11, 2020, during the day. We were notified of a COVID-19 positive test result on Wednesday, June 17.
  • The team member worked in both Building 300 and 600 on June 11. The team member passed two wellness checks that day and wore a face covering except when at a desk.
  • During the time between the team member’s last onsite work day and now, ALL Woodstone buildings have been cleaned per Carenet COVID-19 standards each night.
  • Tonight, we will have buildings 300 and 600 professionally sanitized as an extra precaution. Those buildings will be closed during that time.
  • Team members who worked in close proximity to the affected team member for prolonged periods are being communicated with directly and asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, per Carenet policy and CDC recommendations.

We will continue to closely monitor this situation, as we do with all incidents of this type. We ask that everyone working onsite remain extra attentive to virus prevention guidelines. If you are feeling ill, stay home. If you begin to feel sick at work, go home immediately. While you’re at work, wear a mask as much as possible. Wash your hands, and stay at least 6 ft. apart from coworkers.

If you have further questions or concerns, please speak with your manager or send an email to COVID19@carenethealthcare.com.
