New Attendance Policy Now in Place

All Carenet Health Team Members,

Carenet has a new attendance policy for corporate staff and operations/production team members to promote the efficient operations of the company and minimize unscheduled absences.

All Carenet Health employees are required to have 95% attendance to their work schedule. Unsatisfactory attendance may also affect an employee’s performance evaluation, opportunities for promotion, salary increases and bonuses.

Our success depends on everyone being present and accounted for to offer exceptional service to our customers, their employees and patients.
