Important: Updated COVID-19 Protocols Begin Immediately, August 2-2021

Based on the recent increase in COVID-19 infections in many areas, we have made some updates to the Pandemic Policy, the Manager’s Pandemic Guidelines, and our “Return to the Office” guidelines. Here is a summary of the changes:

  1. All vendors, candidates, and visitors to a Carenet office must do a temperature check and wear a mask while inside a Carenet facility.
  2. We strongly encourage all Carenet team members to wear masks when not seated at their desks.
  3. We are reverting to the previous policy regarding “exposure” to COVID-19. If you’ve been exposed to a confirmed case – whether you’ve been vaccinated or not – we ask that you either stay quarantined for ten days if you have no symptoms or get tested and have a negative result before returning to the office.

What hasn’t changed?

  • Carenet’s commitment to providing a safe and productive work environment!
  • If you’re ill – for any reason – stay home!
  • Diligent hand washing is a great defense against all illnesses
  • Everyone entering a Carenet facility for the first time that day must do the temperature check prior to proceeding to their workstation.
  • Meetings should always include a Zoom or Teams link so those who may not feel comfortable being in a conference room or office can still fully participate

If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Lynn Placide-Etor or me to discuss and “THANK YOU” in advance for helping us keep our workplace a collaborative, fun, and safe place to be!
