Based on the recent increase in COVID-19 infections in many areas, we have made some updates to the Pandemic Policy, the Manager’s Pandemic Guidelines, and our “Return to the Office” guidelines. Here is a summary of the changes:
- All vendors, candidates, and visitors to a Carenet office must do a temperature check and wear a mask while inside a Carenet facility.
- We strongly encourage all Carenet team members to wear masks when not seated at their desks.
- We are reverting to the previous policy regarding “exposure” to COVID-19. If you’ve been exposed to a confirmed case – whether you’ve been vaccinated or not – we ask that you either stay quarantined for ten days if you have no symptoms or get tested and have a negative result before returning to the office.
What hasn’t changed?
- Carenet’s commitment to providing a safe and productive work environment!
- If you’re ill – for any reason – stay home!
- Diligent hand washing is a great defense against all illnesses
- Everyone entering a Carenet facility for the first time that day must do the temperature check prior to proceeding to their workstation.
- Meetings should always include a Zoom or Teams link so those who may not feel comfortable being in a conference room or office can still fully participate
If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Lynn Placide-Etor or me to discuss and “THANK YOU” in advance for helping us keep our workplace a collaborative, fun, and safe place to be!
