Attention Onsite Woodstone Team Members: Notification of Positive Diagnosis, July 28, 2020

We’ve learned that a Carenet team member who works onsite in Building 500 on the Woodstone campus has tested positive for COVID-19.

We ask that you keep this team member in your thoughts. Due to confidentiality laws, we will not publish the name of the team member.

Here is what we know:

  • The team member was last onsite today, July 28, from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The individual indicated they wore a face mask and practiced social distancing while at work.

  • All of Building 500 will be professional disinfected this evening (July 28) per CDC guidelines.

  • We also immediately closed the Employee Center in Building 600, and it will be professionally disinfected this evening, as well.

  • Reminder: Common areas and frequently touched surfaces are always disinfected throughout the day per the daily Carenet Pandemic Response protocol.

  • Any team members who were in close proximity to this team member will be communicated with directly, per Carenet policy and CDC recommendations.

Community spread of this virus in San Antonio continues. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO WORK IF YOU FEEL ILL. We ask everyone working onsite to be extremely vigilant with prevention measures.

If you have further questions or concerns, please speak with your manager or send an email to COVID19@carenethealthcare.com
