A Work-at-Home Transition Update (and how you can help)

Carenet Health Team Members,

Thank you for your patience! Here’s an update on the work-at-home plan progression since Friday:

  • We’re continuing a program-by-program transition.
  • About 60% of all team members who can and want to go home have moved.
  • Every team that can move home is on the schedule; we promise we’ll get to your team as soon as possible.
  • Everyone who is going home should know by now. If you have questions, please speak to your manager.
  • Once all team members have been moved, we will have approximately 3 seats to every 1 person, leaving adequate physical distance between team members.
  • Every time team members move out, workstations are disinfected.
  • We have all hands on deck to get this completed and are working as fast as we can to transition as many people as possible without service disruption during a critical time for our clients.

What you can do to help:

  • Make sure you have provided the internet speed test results to your manager and signed the work-at-home agreement.
  • Watch videos about how to set up and log in on the Work From Home Kit online at https://employee.carenethealth.com so you’re prepared to set up quickly when it’s your turn.
