Carenet Team Members,
Due to major power outages across Texas and the frigid weather conditions, many of our systems were down today. Our IT and other Operations teams have been working feverishly to get us back up and running—and they have! All systems are go now.
Now, we need all team members to attend their shifts if at all possible. Our clients and their patients/members are counting on us!
Please check with your manager ASAP.

- We understand this is an emergency situation. Some team members are still without power. Just do your best to communicate with your manager.
- If team members in areas not impacted are able to help by picking up shifts, please let your manager know.
- Your safety and well-being are of the utmost importance. Do what you need to do to keep you and your family safe and warm.
